Aug Reminder & More Samples!

We have a couple more samples for you and a final reminder that you've got just shy of 3 days left to play in our August Challenge to USE YOUR STASH! This challenge is pretty much wide open for anyone to play so we would love to see even more entries & followers join us this month!

First up, we have an in store entry to share with you- another great card from 12 year old Kaila:

Isn't she talented? It's so great to see what she's been bringing to us each month, we hope you'll continue to play along once school starts, Kaila!

Julie whipped up another page using up some oldies she found while sorting through our stash as well- I think the oldest item on the page is those photo corners from Making Memories- they've got to be close to 5 years old, and they still look great :)
So YES, there is still a chance for YOU to play along with us- we can't wait to see what you'll create when you use your stash!

Mid Month Reminder.....

Can you believe it? ? ? The middle of August already. It's that friendly reminder for our challenge. And of course some more inspiration from the DT members.
This month's challenge is to "Use your Stash"

Have you found yourself looking through your papers or "that" box and saying "OMG I completely forgot I had this. Man, I haven't even inked this stamp up yet." Well now is your chance to us it!! Here's what we came up with.

August Challenge PRIZE

This month's prize goes right along with the theme of the challenge... we've been sorting through our stash and found some old (but new) goodies that we had duplicates of! This month's random winner will receive the following items, which may be added to as the month goes on!

First, we have a 6x6 Basic Grey paper pad from their "Perhaps" collection- there may be one or two sheets missing, but we think it's all there!

Next, we have an untrimmed, unpackaged, marked "d" for demo set of cling mounted stamps by Cornish Heritage Farms. This set was a SOTM in June 2010 and is discontinued!

August Challenge!

It's a new month, which means we have a new challenge for you, but before that, we need to announce the winner of our July challenge. We have drawn the winner using random.org and the winner is: #9... Kaila!

We've got an easy one for you this month... we're challenging you to

USE YOUR STASH
to create any project you like, which is pretty much an 'anything goes' type of theme! We would love to see you scrapbook an older photo or use that fabulous stamp or paper you bought a while back... it's probably feeling neglected just waiting to be put to creative use ;) So, give your stash some love this month! Feel free to mix up the old with the new and make something pretty (or masculine, whatever you like, really)!

We would love to see our follower list grow with this challenge, so please feel free to connect with us there! Hope you'll join the fun this month- all we ask is that you follow our simple rules, which are posted in the side bar. Most of all, have fun!

Mid Month Challenge Reminder

Hello my crafty friends! Hope summer is treating you well. I thought I would share some more inspiration from the Team. Our Challenge at the moment is SUMMER

There is sooo much to get inspired by... Colors, Food, Activities... What inspires you when you hear the word SUMMER? Color has always been a big one for me. I see the turquoise, orange, yellow and even hot pink.

July Challenge

Well I hope you are having a great weekend. Here in Williams Lake, BC Canada,we are celebrating our famous Stampede. Many around the world actually travel to visit and some even participate in the rodeo. If you like horses,bulls and even the cowboys then this place to be.

For most of us who live here, we are used to the weather consisting of rain. Now I didn't say I liked it, I'm just used to it. lol So, it doesn't quite feel like summer, but there does seem to be some hope for today. I'll be taking my girls to the parade, street party and then some more rodeo and who knows from there...

So onto our challenge....
