August Challenge: Summer Sunshine

It's a new month, which means we have a great new challenge for you here at the Seriously Creative Challenge blog!

 Our challenge to you for the month of August is SUMMER SUNSHINE: Create a summery project that features the colour YELLOW on it somewhere!  You've got the whole month to play along, so channel the Summer Sunshine and make something creative this August!

Here's a bit of inspiration to get you kick started...

Tara made this Simple Summer Card Set in 3 different colour palettes, each featuring a bold punch of yellow!  We're super excited to share with you that this project is featured on Ranger's website this month with step-by-step instructions & photos!  Check it out!

Seriously Creative DT member, Sarah, made this one a little bit ago, but the splash of yellow makes it a great sample for this challenge!  I look forward to seeing what else she creates this month, but couldn't help but share this for now :)

 

Janet made this sweet card that celebrates the summer sunshine!  There's a gorgeous shimmer on this card and a fun removable tag in the front 'pocket'.  

UPDATE: This month's prize will be a surprise assortment of yellow 6x6 papers, a $5 certificate for our online store and a set of yellow gelatos!  Fun fun!
